It is going to be a LONG night.... Digger is what.. all of 12 inches tall.... if that?

he found a way to pull himself up on the side of the wall and flip himself over the 3 foot gate blocking his way out of the bathroom...

I got a call at about 2 am... So I thought.. ok, I'm gonna put him in here again but I am going to put the gate up a different way so he can't knock it down...
Silly Don... He was out of that bathroom by the time I got down the stairs...
So, because I was in a hurry I just put him in the basement and left...
I came home and he had pissed all over the basement..
Now?
He's sleeping soundly... snoring actually... right at my feet..

Anyone got a crate? lol

Well, it's not 5 am and I'm just gonna put him up in my bed and get a couple hours rest before I have my day long meetings...
sheesh, this is one spoiled puppy...

You know -- I USED to have Max's ... it's be the perfect size too, nice and big. But my mom gave it to the Humane Society when we moved into the new apt., because at that point Max was 4 and he didn't need to be put in his crate at night or when we left anymore. He used to go in it voluntarily and sleep ... hehehe. Now he goes in my room where my bed used to be ... goofball. I miss him too ...

But ... yeah ... Is there a PetsMart in Syracuse? Or a store like it? Crates are pretty easy to find.
*if there is a PetsMart you can bring Digger with you ... I bring Max all the time. :-)

Hello! nina_asha said you had a new dog, and you might like some help. I got a labrador puppy back in June, so I went through most of the stuff you are going though. If you would like, I will help out anyway I can.

Cheers!

LOL you have a long road ahead of you. trainging a puppy is no fun. you now have a baby in your house. but with lots of patience (yep that's right, I said patience) you will get him trained in no time. you may want to look into obedience classes, and most definitely crate training!
